get started with the new Transdev Go

We are at the start of our journey with our new app and have made a number of changes already as a result of your feedback. We’re aware there are still a few issues to resolve, however we have committed to and delivered a number of changes already and this will continue.

Our new app is very much a continuous development and we are hoping in a few months’ time to invite customers to become part of a user workshop. We will invite these customers in to meetings at depots across Lancashire and Yorkshire to work with us and offer user feedback and ideas into what customers want.

Our ultimate goal is to have a market leading product which our customers can create their own personalised travel portal within the app. We are working with our developers who are keen to advance with us and have the same ambitions as us.

If you have any ideas now that you feel would benefit you and others please do contact us on [email protected].

Thank you again for your patience and understanding as we work through this development process
