finding your service
it's easy to find times from your local bus stop for now or another time...
choose your company
go to bus services
choose your service - then tap the stop for real time info from any stop along the route
buying a ticket
buy your ticket before you board and save time on your journey...
tap tickets at the bottom, then buy tickets
choose your ticket - you can use the search box at the top, or the filter button to quickly find the right ticket for your journey
just tap "buy ticket" to add it to your basket, then "proceed to checkout" where you'll be asked to enter your payment details. you can pay by card, Google Pay or Apple Pay.
to access the ticket, go to "my tickets" then tap your tickets to use it
when you get on board, just hold your ticket under the scanner and take a seat. your friendly driver will give you a hand if you need one.
check for service updates
keep up to date with the latest diversions and information for your local buses...
go to ticket info, then service updates
the service updates for your company will be shown - just tap on the update to see more info!
plan your journey or track your bus
making travel plans, or heading out now?
the journey planner can be found in the travel menu, just tell us where you're going to and from, and when, and we'll do all of the work for you.
if you're heading to the bus stop now, you can track your bus in real time. on the bus tracker menu, zoom into your location and you'll see all of the buses nearby. our buses are fitted with clever GPS tracking so you can follow them as they drive along, and spend that extra few minutes out of the rain!
