Changes to our buses in and around Burnley

From 29 March, we’re introducing some new timetables on our buses in and around Burnley to help improve reliability. We know that our timekeeping is the most important thing to you, and this change will help with that.

On the 7 & the 8, there will be changes to improve reliability. We’ll also serve Pennine Road on Sundays with the 8. Download your new timetable for the 7. Download your new timetable for the 8

On Mainline, there will be changes all through the week, plus the 07.40am M2 from Burnley to Clitheroe will now extend to the Grammar School to give additional capacity alongside the 07.25am from Burnley. Due to a contract change by Lancashire County Council, the 2 will no longer run beyond Nelson to Barrowford and Colne. Vision Bus 68 will run instead. Customers can use the Anybus East Lancashire day and week tickets on both our buses and Vision’s. There will be other timetable changes on the 2 and the 2A to ensure we are running as reliably as possible for you. Finally, we’ll be changing the timetable on the 111, 121 and 123 to improve reliability.
