Bus Users UK aim to help communication between bus users and us, the people providing your bus service. You can join Bus Users UK on their website but you can also get in touch with them if you've complained to us, or any other bus company, and don't feel you've had a satisfactory response.
The CPT (Confederation of Passenger Transport) might also be able to help.
