Transdev Blazefield is looking for an organised, enthusiastic and people-focused Training and Recruitment Administrator to join our team based at our Starbeck Offices in Harrogate.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in attracting, onboarding and developing the people who keep our business moving. Working closely with colleagues across the company, you'll support recruitment campaigns, coordinate training activities and help deliver an outstanding colleague experience from application through to ongoing development.

The role
As a Training and Recruitment Administrator, you will provide vital support to both recruitment and training activities across the business, helping to ensure we attract, develop and retain talented colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing recruitment campaigns and advertising vacancies across a variety of platforms
- Supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Reviewing applications in line with company procedures and current employment legislation
- Managing candidate activity through recruitment and onboarding systems
- Contacting candidates and keeping them informed throughout their recruitment journey
- Scheduling interviews, checks and testing where appropriate
- Maintaining recruitment dashboards, reports and tracking systems
- Supporting the development and effectiveness of recruitment, onboarding and training modules within the HR system
- Working alongside the franchising bid team to deliver recruitment campaigns when required
- Coordinating, scheduling and maintaining training activities, including induction programmes and CPC training
- Providing administrative support to the Training Manager and wider People team
- Building positive relationships with colleagues across the business to support workforce planning and development
What are we looking for
To success in this role, you'll bring:
- A minimum of two years' experience within recruitment
- A minimum of two years' administration experience
- Experience of working within a HR or people-focused environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
- A genuine passion for people, learning and development
- Good IT skills and confidence using HR and administrative systems
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between locations when required
