Bus stop suspended on the 1B service18/08/2026

Due to roadworks the Nidderdale Lodge bus stop has been suspended,

A temporary stop has been placed over the road where we will be boarding and alighting passengers. 

Once this stop is accessible we will update you, we do apologise for any inconvenience.

Alternative stop is Birstwith Post Office

Leeds Carnival Festival 30th August - 1st September

Leeds Carnival is taking place!

Location - Chapeltown Road between Barrack Road to Newton Road 

The36 will be diverting and missing the following stops: 

Chapel Allerton Hospital, Newton Parade, Sikh Temple, Reginald Centre, Chapel Town Road/Harehills Avenue, Cowper Street, NSCD, Mandela Centre. We are serving all the bus stops along the diversion route. 

This is in place from 30th August to 1st September

Diversion on 1C17th - 28th August

Due to resurfacing of Stockwell Road/Boroughbridge Road, the 1C will be diverting via Stockwell Lane & Halfpenny Lane 

Stops missed:

-From Harrogate towards Carmires: St Johns School, Stockwell Surgery, Stockwell Grove, Stockwell Place & Meadow Road

-From Carmires towards Harrogate: Victoria Avenue, Stockwell Road Surgery & St Johns School 

Alternative stop: Knaresborough Bus Station in both directions 

This is in place from 17th to 28th August, during weekdays only, from 6pm to midnight

Diversion on The7 - Leeds Bramham Festival24th to 30th August

Leeds Bramham Festival 2026 is taking place!

The7 will be diverting and missing the following stops: 

Hope Hall, Meadow Lane, Bramham Park & Norwood House Farm

Alternative stops: Leed Festval Grounds Yellow Gate at Bramham Park, Kirkfiled Avenue Thorner & Paradise Way Bramham

Due to a road closure at Royal Parade/Crescent Road, the 6 will be diverting towards Harrogate

Diversion on The718th August to 25th September

Due to a road closure at Skeltons Lane, The7 will be diverting 

Stops missed: Bramley Gardens, Cherrywood Gardens, Skeltons Lane in both directions

Alternative stops: Naburn Approach & Bramley Grange

A64 Inner Ring Road and New York Road evening Closures3rd August 2026 - 27th November 2027

Evening closures of the Leeds inner ring road have been extended now until the 27th November 2027.

This is Monday to Fridays only between 7pm and 6am.

The 7 will need to divert during these dates and times via Marsh Lane & York St to Leeds Bus Station.

The 7 will operate the normal route on Saturdays and Sundays.

During the closure we will miss the stop at Vicar Lane

The 7 will pick up from Leeds Bus Station only 

We will serve the following stop along the diversion - Woodpecker Junction

Route 59 diversion23rd July

Due to road works on the A59 as part of the Kex Gil re-allignment, we will be unable to serve St Andrews Church until further notice. 

Unfortunately there are no alternative stops.
