464 Diversion - The GlenEvery weekend between 5th Sept and 18th October

The Glen in Waterfoot will be closed each weekend in both directions between the 5th September and the 18th October for works to the cliff face. 

The closure is in place each Sat and Sun between 8am and 6pm.

Due to this the 464 will not be able to reach any stops between Waterfoot turning circle and Toll Barr in Stacksteads.

Buses will serve Waterfoot turning circle towards bacup.

We will also serve all stops along the diversion route.

Diversion on M2 & the 22 1st to 4th September

Due to a closure in Whalley at Junction of King Street and Accrington Road, the 22 and the M2 will be diverting 

Stops missed: 

-the 22: Longsight Road, Foxfields, Elker Lane, Billington Gardens, Calder Avenue, Nab Rise, Judge Walmesley Hotel, Toby Jug, Bus Station, Hayhurst Road, Rookwood, Cemetery, The Eagle, Whiteacre Lane, Trafford Gardens, Primary School, Elbow Wood Drive, Clitheroe Golf Club

-the M2: Rendezvous, Bus Station, Hayhurst Road, Rookwood, Cemetery, The Eagle, Whiteacre Lane, Trafford Gardens, Primary School, Elbow Wood Drive, Clitheroe Golf Club

This is in place from 1st to 4th September, from 8pm to 5am each night

2 & 2A diversion, School Lane, Brinscall3rd August - 21st August

Due to closure of School Lane in Brinscall from the 3rd August until the 21st August the 2 and 2A will need to divert. 

Buses will not be able to reach the following stops in both directions:

Health Centre, Harington Road, School Lane, War Memorial, Windsor Drive, St Johns School, Sandy Lane, Highfield Farm, Blackburn Road

We will serve all stops on the diversion route. 

Buses will divert as follows:

Norcross brow continue onto Bury Lane to Chorley Road, turn left onto Chorley road, follow Chorley road onto Blackburn road, Follow to junction with Bett Lane, Continue on normal route

The same route in reverse will apply on the inbound journey.
