For the new academic year, we've got a new, easier way to book your place on our school buses.
Bookings for existing customers are now open, if you don't currently have a place on our school buses, you'll be able to secure your place from 1 June.
To book your place, head over to our bookings portal. You will need to create an account with the button at the top.
Once you've signed up, enter your home postcode to find your local stop - it'll show your closest stop and the school bus routes closest to you. You'll be able to choose the relevant route.
You'll be guided through the process to confirm your details, as well as let us know your child's information. We'll confirm the stop you're going to board at, and confirm the collection and drop off time from this stop.
Our default price is for a monthly subscription via the app, but if you want to pay for the full year, please contact us so we can adjust your price.
Do you have any questions? See below some of the most common questions we get from our customers.
What tickets can I buy?
You can buy a ticket by paying in 10 monthly payments, or pay for the academic year upfront. It's always cheaper to pay upfront and have the ticket delivered to your child's mobile phone. If you'd like to pay upfront, please let us know before booking so we can adjust your price.
I am already a customer or on the waiting list - is my place safe?
No - we will start each academic year with a new list. Current customers will have priority and 1 month to book their place, when we will open up bookings to new customers.
My child doesn't have a mobile phone - what can I do?
We offer a smartcard product, but the academic year must be bought upfront.
When does my ticket start and finish?
All tickets are valid from 1 September 2026 and end on 31 July 2027.
I've ordered a smartcard - when will I receive it?
These can take a few weeks to be processed and delivered after payment has been made. If you're ordering earlier on in the summer, we'll be dispatching all smartcards in August.
Which buses can my child use their ticket on?
You can use your ticket on the school bus you've bought the ticket for, plus any Transdev bus in your local area.
We've decided not to travel anymore - what can I do?
If you pay monthly, we can cancel the ticket from your next payment, just get in touch with us. If you pay annually, we can refund your pass pro-rata, minus a 10% administration fee.
Does my child have to attend a specific school to use the ticket?
No - you can use the bus for any school we serve, just double check the timings work for you
Is my child guaranteed a seat?
Yes - we only sell a ticket for each seat we have on the bus, so everyone can travel in comfort and safety.
My child only needs to use the bus on occasion - can you help?
We operate on a seat bookings system, so we're afraid we can't allow people to travel on a one off basis.
The bus is fully booked - what happens next? You'll be added to a waiting list, if any of our customers give up their ticket, we'll offer customers on the waiting list tickets in the order they signed up.
I have multiple children travelling on the bus - what do I do?
You'll need to buy a separate ticket for each of your children who will be travelling on the bus
