How do I join Commuter Club?

You'll need the Transdev Go app to use your ticket, it's an easy & free download and means you can plan your journey, track your bus and see great places you can get to with your new bus ticket.

To buy your tickets, open the app and choose mobile tickets in the menu, under ‘Buy a Ticket’ you’ll see an option for Commuter Club at the bottom.

To get verified, you’ll need to upload the type of ID it states for your business (such as ID card or payslip). We’ll verify your details within 48 hours (usually much less) and you’ll be able to buy your ticket. Verification is secure, and your ID will be deleted as soon as we’ve verified your entitlement to join Commuter Club.

If you’re uploading your payslip as ID, please ensure that any private details are covered – we just need to see your business name, your name and the date it was issued.

Once you've bought your ticket, you can activate it whenever you wish, so your travel doesn't have to start right away. When you're ready to travel, just scan the QR code as you get on the bus - if you're unsure, our friendly drivers will be happy to help you. Please don't upload any images of your passport, driving licence or similar as we cannot accept this.
