Is there a cost to joining Commuter Club? 

No – it’s absolutely free for your business to offer this to your employees 

What’s in it for my business? 

A lot! We can offer your people an exclusive discount, only available to Commuter Club business members, when they travel on our buses to work. It’s an easy way to help meet and beat your firm’s sustainability targets, and it saves the stress of driving – not to mention the cost of parking. 

Is there any admin work on my side? 

Commuter Club is designed to be really easy for you to join and enjoy business benefits – there’s no admin for you to worry about, and your people buy their travel passes directly from us. 

All we ask is that you promote Commuter Club within your business, to reward loyal customers for travelling with us and to encourage your employees to use sustainable transport. 

OK … what do my colleagues need to do? 

As soon as your business is signed up, your people will be able to join your tailor-made Commuter Club via our website – we’ll post a link to your company’s own club page right here.

They’ll need to upload a form of ID, such as their company ID card, payslip header or a headed letter from a company official. We’ll then check it for approval, within 48-72 hours. 

When that’s done, your employees will gain the ability to buy tickets through the ‘Ticket Schemes’ section of our Transdev Go mobile app. Please note that Commuter Club discount tickets can only be bought through our app, which is free to download and easy to use. 

What if my colleagues need help to get set up?

Can you share promotional material with us? 

Yes of course – we have digital and printed materials available for you to share within your organisation. Please get in touch with our marketing team by email and we’ll work out the best way to promote Commuter Club to your people. 

What type of tickets will my colleagues be able to buy through Commuter Club?

28 days – Get unlimited travel for 28 consecutive days. This ticket is valid on our buses at any time, including weekends – a great value deal for those who use the bus more than four days a week. 

Bundle of 20 days – Our super bundles of 20 days are perfect for those who only travel to work a few days a week. This ticket gives you 20 days of unlimited travel, but you can use them at any time – there’s no need to use them on consecutive days. A great option for those who make several journeys, but who don’t travel every day.
