We're looking for Customer Service Assistants at Elland

We are looking for customer service assistants to help us serve our amazing customers across the North

Some of the things we’ll need you to do

• Be confident in answering customer queries via letter, telephone, email and social media
• Mainly using social media to create new posts and to reply to our customers
• You should be very comfortable typing and checking your own work before posting
• Have a passion to go above and beyond our customer’s expectations
• Be experienced in working in a customer focused role

You would normally be based at our Elland depot – but whilst we get this space ready for you (it’s undergoing a big, nice refurbishment from top to bottom!), the role will require you to work at our Harrogate offices for 4-6 weeks.
