We're looking for a Recruitment Administrator in Harrogate

Due to the our business expanding we are now recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to be based in our Academy in Harrogate.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a minimum of one years experience in recruitment
  • Has a minimum of one years experience in admin
  • Has a passion for people

Some of your role and responsibilities will be:

  • Creating and posting job descriptions to relevant recruitment websites
  • Contacting candidates through social media, email and telephone
  • Checking CV's and creating shortlists
  • Scheduling interviewing with the hiring manager
  • Interview candidates
  • Complete all DBS checks with candidates
  • Create personal files
  • Sending out inductions packs with new starter paperwork and company policies
  • Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activates
