3rd - 12th December

Harrogate's famous Christmas Markets return this year from 3-12 December.

Last year's famous Christmas Fayre was cancelled due to pandemic restrictions, however the 2021 markets return in new locations across the town centre.

From the 3 to 12 December,  local traders as well as those from countries across Europe, will be welcoming visitors to the festively decorated town centre. The market will feature traditional wooden chalets and will take place across Cambridge Street, Market Place, Station Square and Cambridge Crescent.

As well as Harrogate Christmas Fayre, there will be an Artisan Market taking place in Valley Gardens on Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 December between 10.30am and 3pm.

The Artisan Market will feature around 60 local and regional traders and producers, selling a variety of festive handmade arts and crafts, clothing, homeware & jewellery, as well as various food and drink stalls. Feeling brave? There's also a ferris wheel, Victorian carousel, helter skelter and road train!

There's no better way of getting there than by bus!

It's one of Yorkshire’s very best Christmas markets and there’ll be folk flocking from miles around to see what’s on offer this year. Connect from any of our buses around town, and the 36 from Ripon or Leeds.

If you’re riding into town on one of our buses with friends and family, grab a group ticket for up to 5 people. It’s £19 for an entire day's travel for 5 people on any Transdev bus in Lancashire & Yorkshire.
