Christmas festivities have returned to York, and with tickets no more than £3, there’s never been a better time to enjoy the world-famous ‘Chocolate City’.

And this Christmas, with adult single tickets costing no more than £3 and U19’s from only £1, there’s never been a better time to travel into the city centre with Coastliner, and York & Country.

York’s world-famous Christmas market has returned, with two streets’ worth of stalls now open to the public, 80% of which are run by traders from across Yorkshire.

And they’re bringing everything you could ever want in a Christmas market - from delightful food and drink stalls to alpine chalets selling Christmas décor, it’s all here!

Our bus services can take customers to York's Winter Wonderland this December – the 840 and 843 from Coastliner, and our routes from York & Country.

The Christmas market is located on Parliament Street and St Sampson’s Square in York City Centre and is open 10:30am – 7:00pm (Monday – Sunday). Closes 21 December.
