We’ll use new timetables from Tuesday 24 March, focussing on buses for key workers

3 months ago Mon 23rd Mar 2020

Given the impact of the coronavirus epidemic, our main focus is now to ensure people who are key workers can get to work, that children can get to schools, and that people without cars can get to shops for their supplies.

Our new timetables will feature fewer off-peak buses, but with early and late journeys to ensure key workers can get to their workplaces.

If you are a key worker, and we’re not running the journey we need for you to be able to get to and from work, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate the requests we receive.

We'll be running a bus every hour each way between Leeds and York starting from Leeds at 7.10am until 7pm and from York at 6.05am until 6pm.

The timetable is available here. We’ll continue to communicate on our buses, by social media, through our app and directly to employers and schools where possible, to try and ensure everyone is kept up to date.

Thanks to everyone for being understanding of the circumstances. If you have questions or need more info, we’d be pleased to help - tweet us @Cityzapbus
