How do I join Commuter Club?

You'll need the Transdev Go app to use your ticket, it's an easy & free download and means you can plan your journey, track your bus and see great places you can get to with your new bus ticket.

To buy your tickets, head over to our portal and find your employer. You'll need to upload proof of employment (this could be your company ID card, or a payslip with your private details covered) and request access to join the group. Within 48 hours, usually much less, you will gain access to the group and be able to buy your tickets.

Once you've bought your ticket, you can activate it whenever you wish, so your travel doesn't have to start right away. When you're ready to travel, just scan the QR code as you get on the bus - if you're unsure, our friendly drivers will be happy to help you.

What types of ID can I upload?

You can upload any ID which proves you work for your employer - this could be an ID card, name badge or the header of your payslip (please cover any personal info). As long as it includes your full name, matching your app account, and your employer's name or logo, this is acceptable. Please don't upload any images of your passport, driving licence or similar as we cannot accept this.
