Let's Meet Sam

Sam’s our Engineering Manager at The Harrogate Bus Company but has been working here over 20 years, progressing from an apprentice engineer to Engineering Supervisor, before becoming our Engineering Manager in 2022.

His role covers leading our engineering team in Harrogate, making sure all of our buses are roadworthy and that we meet our standard. He spends a lot of time planning and making sure all of our buses are serviced regularly and safe for our customers out on the road.

Outside of work, Sam is a big DIY man, his favourite projects are building and restoring furniture!
