Let's meet Joy

Joy joined us in our takeover of Yorkshire Tiger, and helped to make the transition to our new brand, Team Pennine, as smooth as possible.

Joy says that she finds her day to day work really challenging, but enjoyable too. Her favourite part of the job is staff engagement, doing what she can to encourage the best out of her colleagues.

Joy has said her most memorable moment with Transdev so far was the day that we took over Yorkshire Tiger, and she arrived at work at 7am to around 15 colleagues from across Transdev, ready to help in any way they could to get things going to our standards. Joy says this was a really great sign of the company she was joining and appreciates everyone’s hard work and dedication to going the extra mile.

Joy’s colleagues describe her as approachable, willing to help and always ready to listen and be fair.
