Let's Meet Jim

With over 20 years service at The Keighley Bus Company, Jim is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced people in our business, which makes him ideal for our Service Delivery Manager role.

Jim’s day starts at 6am every day making sure that all of our buses are running and our standards are kept as high as possible. He spends his day keeping an eye on the punctuality of our buses, looking after our team and making sure our buses are looking great for our customers.

He loves that no two days are the same, one day he could be at a meeting about buses in our community, the next he could be making sure we’re upholding our cleaning standards!

Jim spends his free time supporting his two sons who play football for their local team in Keighley and walking with his two dogs.
