Let's meet Frank

Frank joined us as a driver at the Rossendale depot way back in 2003. His hard work was soon recognised and he won ‘Rising Star’ at the staff Amazing Awards, which he recalls as his most memorable moment at work. Following this, he moved swiftly through the ranks and took up his current position as General Manager for Burnley earlier this year with the help of the Step Up programme.  

No two days are the same for Frank, who describes his role as “full steam ahead”. He enjoys the challenge of delivering amazing service to our customers every day, and seeing his team thrive when then have achieved what is needed to make each day a success.

In his free time Frank enjoys gardening and has spent the last 2 years completely restructuring his outdoor space. He also has a Caravan in York where he goes to relax, spend some time fishing, and enjoy a little tipple!

Being a Lancashire lad, Frank has seen the Lancashire Hotpots a few times but says if he could see one concert, past or present, it would have to be Queen.
