Let's meet Alison

Before joining our team in Burnley in 2018, Alison spent 21 years with Rosso! Alison’s main role is to provide face to face and over the phone customer service to those who travel with us, putting a friendly face to our services. Alison also handles ticket sales, lost property and occasionally complaints.
Alison says her favourite part of the job is helping people, “It feels good when you help someone and they really appreciate it, I do my best to handle any issues a customer might have, giving them a smile and being patient works wonders and I do my best to ensure they are happy.”
In her spare time, Alison likes to settle down with a good film or book, and says that she would love to see The Human League live one day.
