Let's Meet Alex

Alex Spencer

Starting off with us as a Commercial Assistant 8 years ago, Alex is our Network Manager. His role covers designing and improving our bus networks and working with our local authority partners.

A typical day for Alex is a busy one and involves analysing our punctuality data, helping our depot teams and looking at where our customers board buses.

Alex’s favourite memory of work was the 2019 UCI Road World Championships in Harrogate, it was huge event and Alex was really pleased and proud to see all of our teams pull together to deliver amazing service to our customers and visitors to the town.

When Alex’s not at work, he loves walking in the Lancashire countryside and having the odd pint with friends!
