Nothing often beats speaking to a human being. And we’ve got lots of nice ones for you to speak to. 

Come and meet Karis and Bev and the rest of the team at The Shop in Harrogate Bus Station. They can help with all your queries.

Open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm.

  • buy tickets for our buses, or get help with an existing tickets
  • buy face coverings, including a donation to NHS Charities
  • pick up timetables and ask any questions about times or routes
  • buy National Express tickets 

You can also find Morgan at Leeds bus station who can help you with all the above, from Tuesday to Saturday 9am to 5pm.
